Kentwood Hall is a renovated, historic six-story building that houses upperclass, transfer and graduate students. Kentwood offers private rooms, two-person, super doubles and three-person rooms. Each room is carpeted and offers an en-suite bathroom and adjustable-height loft-style beds; the super doubles include a flat-screen TV and additional seating.

You’ll love the large study lounge and it's proximity to Downtown. Residents of legal drinking age are permitted to have and consume alcohol responsibly. Also, Kentwood is on the Bear Line shuttle route, so getting around is a breeze.

Kentwood Hall is open during breaks.
