Monroe Apartments

To reside in Monroe, an individual must also have lived on campus for at least two semesters, have 27 hours of transferrable credit post high school graduation, or be at least 21 years of age or older.

Monroe Apartments offer four stories of one-, two-, and four-bedroom apartments housing students on a 10-month contract. Monroe is only open to upper-class students. There is limited private parking in a lot behind the building.

Apartments offers private bedrooms and bathrooms, furnished living rooms, washer and dryer and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Residents of legal drinking age are permitted to have and consume alcohol responsibly.

Monroe Apartments are open during breaks.
