Amplify Your Life!
Do you want to shape the residence hall experience for others? Resident Assistants (RAs) help their fellow students make their Missouri STATEment and create a welcoming community where students feel like they belong.
The residence hall experience is a crucial aspect of college life, especially for incoming students. RAs help build community within the residence halls by planning educational, academic, social activities, and events; by fostering relationships with residents; and by encouraging campus involvement.
Some RAs specifically work with a living-learning community to foster student growth and development. They encourage faculty-student interactions as well as campus involvement. Click here to check out the Living-Learning Communities Missouri State has to offer.
