The Assistant Hall Director is a ten-month position in a residence hall of 100-750
students. The responsibilities of this position require 20 hours per week. The Assistant
Hall Director assists the Hall Director in the administration of the residence hall,
including the selection, training and supervision of Resident Assistants; individual
counseling of students; administrative conduct hearings; and responding to the needs
and interests of residents, with primary responsibilities in the areas of programming
and advising of the Hall Council. In addition, the Assistant Hall Director will serve
in an on-call rotation with some holiday coverage.

Live-In Position
The Assistant Coordinator for Living-Learning Communities is a ten-month position
in which the person will gain experience working with the living-learning communities
(LLCs) on campus. The responsibilities of this position require 20 hours per week.
The Assistant Coordinator will have the opportunity to collaborate with campus partners
and provide support with implementation of LLC signature events and LLC Welcome Events.
The Assistant Coordinator will also have the opportunity to assist with implementing
comprehensive assessment of living-learning community programs. In addition, the Assistant
Coordinator will serve in an on-call rotation with some holiday coverage.
The Assistant Coordinator for Leadership Development and Programming is a ten-month
position in which the person will gain experience in some or all of the following
areas: working with the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH), Residence Hall Association
(RHA), Programming Resource Center (PRC), student leadership conferences and special
events. The responsibilities of this position require 20 hours per week. The Assistant
Coordinator will have the opportunity to gain advising and supervising skills and
in-depth experience programming within Residence Life. In addition, the Assistant

Educational Program Information
Graduate Assistants must be enrolled in a graduate program and maintain a 3.00 GPA.

$1,088/month for the ten-month appointment
