All single students under 21 years of age who have completed fewer than 30 hours of transferable credit are required to live in University housing.

- Alcohol and drugs
- Smoke free policy
- Terms and conditions of the Student Housing Contract
- Contract Cancellation or Breakage
- What to bring to campus and what not to bring
