Residence Life student employees play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residential students, university housing staff, and guests. Each spring our department accepts applications for several summer student positions. The summer student employee works alongside full-time staff to complete necessary projects. Positions are available in a variety of areas including maintenance, custodial, paint crew, and laundry services.
Summer Staff Positions
Thank you for your interest in the 2019 Summer Staff positions at Missouri State University. Over 10,000 people participated in the summer conference program in 2018. We are expecting many more to attend conferences, workshops, and camps this summer. The leadership, organization, and communication of the summer conference staff provide the essential ingredients to a successful conference for each participant who is housed in our residence halls.
Before completing the application, please read the job descriptions carefully. The timeline is as follows:

The actual conference season will begin May 30, 2019. All successful candidates will be expected to fulfill their obligation as a Summer Staff member throughout the entire employment period.
