Kentwood South Apartments offers another alternative for married students and families*. This complex features apartments arranged around an enclosed grassy courtyard suitable for safe child's play. For students with family members to consider, Kentwood South Apartments provides a comfortable and safe environment, close to campus.

These 13 smoke and tobacco free apartments contain either one bedroom with one bathroom, or two bedrooms with two bathrooms. All apartments are completely furnished and carpeted. Each kitchen has all modern appliances, including a microwave, electric range and refrigerator, and either a complete dinette set or connecting breakfast bar with stools.

The bedroom(s) is furnished with either queen or bunkable twin sized beds, closets, drawer storage, desk and desk chair. The living room contains ample furniture including sofa, chairs, coffee table and end tables. In addition, sliding doors with access to the courtyard are located in each bedroom and living room.

Other features of Kentwood South Apartments include a central laundry facility, vending and ice machines, convenient parking and access to all Kentwood Hall services, including reception desk, computer lab and fitness center. Kentwood South Apartments is open year-round, and a meal plan is optional for all residents.

In addition, Kentwood South Apartments residents who have their own computer and Ethernet card may connect to the university's network through the network modules provided in each apartment. Access to the Internet and laser printing are available.
