Facilities and Operations is an area within Residence Life and Services encompassing Custodial, Maintenance, life safety, keys and card access, renovations, refurbishing, and new construction.

Our mission is to maintain clean, safe, and well maintained facilities of our ten residence halls accommodating approximately 4,000 students.
