Thank you for your interest in University Apartments on the Missouri State University campus! University Apartments are only available to full-time Missouri State students who are 23 years or older, or are married, enrolled in graduate school, or have children.

The University Apartments include 62 one- and two-bedroom apartments, all conveniently located on or near campus.  Leasing rates on all apartments include utility costs (gas, electricity, water, sewer), laundry, cable, and Internet service.
