An integral part of the Living Learning Communities (LLCs) are the Residential Programming Assistants (RPAs). RPAs are upper-class, undergraduate students living on the LLC floors. They plan and coordinate closely with the Resident Assistant (RA) on the floor to provide social, educational, and academic programming to all students in the LLC and ensure a well-rounded approach to the university experience.
