Guest Housing at Missouri State has multiple options available for your stay here to best suit your needs.  All rooms are located on the ground floor of Hutchens House and are wheelchair-accessible.  Our check-in time is 3:00 p.m. on your day of arrival, and the check-out time is 11:00 a.m. At this time, we can only accept cash or checks, payable upon arrival.

Deluxe Room*: 

Our Queen-bed guest rooms are beautifully appointed with lush and comfortable bedding and contemporary artwork to make our guests as comfortable as possible.  Each room offers a kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, microwave, and dishes, as well as all of the normal amenities listed at the left.  It is perfect for individual visitors or couples.

Price: $29/night for up to two adults

*We do have an ADA accessible Deluxe Room available. Please inquire as you make your reservation.

Deluxe Suite:

Our Deluxe Suite adds to the luxury of the Deluxe Room with the utility of more bedspace for larger groups. The Deluxe Suite has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a second with two twin beds. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a suite area with full-sized refrigerator, microwave, table with seating for four, and dish settings for four.  The bathroom, which has a full-sized bathtub, adjoins the suite.

Price:
Queen - $29/night for up to two adults
Twin - $20/night for one adult, or $30/night for two adults

 

The bedrooms may be rented in conjunction with one another or separately.  Please be aware that if you are to reserve only one of the rooms, there is a possibility that the other room in the suite may be occupied as well.  We do our best to avoid this, but we cannot guarantee its vacancy.

Standard Suite:

Our Standard Suite consists of two bedrooms, each with two twin beds. They are comfortably appointed and very spacious. Similar to the Deluxe Suite, the suite area has a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, table with seating for four, and dish settings for four.  The bathroom, which has a full-sized bathtub, adjoins the suite.

Price: Each room is $20/night for one adult, or $30/night for two adults

 

The bedrooms may be rented in conjunction with one another or separately.  Please be aware that if you are to reserve only one of the rooms, there is a possibility that the other room in the suite may be occupied as well.  We do our best to avoid this, but we cannot guarantee its vacancy.

Children Rate:

Children aged 3 to 11 accompanied by their parents are only charged $5/night, and children under 3 are free.
